We hope this blog will provide a little insight to our company and a little interesting reading that will chart the progress of the company as we continue to grow. 21/06/09 - The weekend is nearly over and Monday promises to be the start of yet another manic week for us here at Computer Technology Ltd. The amount of repair work feels good though, we're beginning to feel as though we've made good headway into becoming the number one computer repair company in Stoke-On-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme. Keep them coming people, the more we get the more we can invest in new equipment to improve our services to you further!
25/06/09 - Storage, storage, storage . . . After a long time searching Computer Technology Ltd have decided that there must be no ideal solution for the storage of laptop computers that are being worked upon. Perhaps we should design our own portable storage system! Surely other laptop repair companies must have the same problem? Once you surpass ten or so, all the workbench space is taken up and you can't very well stick taken apart laptops into a box to rattle around now can you. We thought there might have been a fantastic plastic solution but after scouring ebay, argos, focus diy and the like we've decided simply to increase the work bench area. . ..
28/06/09 - The weather has been fine today and Computer Technology Ltd have been enjoying it with the other residents of Stoke at the Sunday Funday Music in the Community event organised by 'SWOCA'. We were happy to see that the band didn't overheat too much underneath the marquee that we supplied for the day. It was great to see the developments to the area that have been made by the SWOCA team, the gardens are looking very good and we can't wait to see the Arch and Monument when they have been built. A good day all round.
01//07/09 - The opening of the new Computer Technology Ltd premises is getting closer. We've just gotten off the phone to the broadband/phone line suppliers and we should have the new lines installed within two weeks! Once this is done we can move in wholesale and begin to open the new doors to our customers, we might even offer you a coffee when you come and see us! The new premises has plenty of free parking and is easy to get to off the A500 (D-Road). If you've been keeping your ear to the ground you might have already been able to spot the signs going up.
04/07/09 - It's Saturday again and all the Computer Technology Ltd staff are very excited about the upcoming opening of the new office/shop/repair centre. We haven't made it public yet and are just in the process of fitting out the new premises. We'll be sad to be leaving the iShift shop in Stoke behind us but are more excited about the new adventure. Once in the new premises we'll be offering more services which will all be more streamlined and effective offering better service and value to all our customers than ever before. We'll be focusing heavily on Trade Hardware Supply,
Laptop and PC Repair, Web Design and Domain Names and Hosting Services.
